This page sets out plainly what you should know before you register with Heritage Union — and at every stage afterwards. Nothing here ever asks you to pay, and nothing obliges you to continue if you don't want to.
Registering is free and entirely voluntary
Registering with Heritage Union is never something you pay for. You should never have to send money to us, to James, or to Huyen, at any stage. If anyone asks you for money on behalf of Heritage Union, that is not us — please tell us right away (see "Report a concern" below).
You can withdraw at any time
You have the right to withdraw your registration at any time, for any reason, with no explanation required. Doing so has no consequences for you. Use our withdraw page, and your information will be deleted within 30 days.
Before any introduction, you'll receive full information about the man
Before you agree to any introduction, you will receive the man's background disclosure in Vietnamese, including information about his criminal record and his marriage history, together with official information about your rights. Whether to proceed is entirely your decision, based on that information.
Your contact details are shared only with your written agreement
We will never share your Zalo number, email, or any other contact details with a man until you have agreed to it in writing, after reviewing information about him.
You never owe anyone anything
As a candidate, you never pay any fee to Heritage Union, regardless of what happens during or after an introduction. All fees for our service are paid by the client (the man).
Report a concern
If anything happens that concerns you — a request for money, inappropriate conduct, or anything else that doesn't match what this page describes — please contact us right away at team@heritage-union.com. Every report is handled in confidence.
